We write further to your request which was received on 6 December 2021 and which states:

"What if any payments were recorded re the IOM Law Society compulsory PII scheme in the 2020/21 financial year?"

Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that is being released to you.

No payments relating to Professional Indemnity Insurance (PII) were made by Attorney General’s Chambers to the Isle of Man Law Society as that insurance only applies to Members in private practice.
