Copies of Planning Certificates with ref to Sandygate Hous & garage and ancillaries (storage areas) 2012 onwards in particular completion certificates for house and garage - see 2042037 and 15/07213/DOM. 1. XX XXXX XXXX XXXX respective adjacent to Sandygate House are concerned that the underground drainage systems to the Lhen Trench which have existed for many years may have been damaged as we now suffer flooding since its construction in 2017. 2. Original plans for Sandygate House demanded Pilkington No5 obscured glass on all windows overlooking XXX XXX XXX XXX but this has not been obeyed. Perhaps XX who was in charge of planning did not make it clear that it was to protect XXX XXX XXX from being overlooked rather than the XXX being on view to XX below at ground level. 3. Restitution of banks damaged due to restricted plot access.
