In relation to the local authorities in respect of which the Treasury collects rates (i.e. excluding the local authority rates for Douglas, Braddan and Onchan) - 1. The total amount billed for the financial years 2019/20 and 2020/21 by each local authority 2. In relation to the amount billed (and in both monetary and percentage terms) the total amount that had been collected / was outstanding at the end of the given financial year. 3. In relation to the amount billed (and in both monetary and percentage terms) the total amount that has been collected / is outstanding to date.

Please find at appendix B the information relating to part 3 of your request. We have provided details of the amounts that remain outstanding as at 22 November 2021, which we trust this is sufficient to enable you to calculate the amount that had been collected as at this date.
For the purpose of comparison and additional context, I also enclose at appendix C a table which shows the overall amount of outstanding rates for each of the last four complete financial years, as at 22 November 2021.
