"1) Please could you provide me with a copy of the permits issued to the IOM Four Wheel Drive Club up to Sept 2014 to drive on Greenway roads/tracks on the Isle of Man. (The Greenway roads have a weight limit of 500kg, or 0.5 tonnes) 2) Please could you also provide me with a copy of the permits issued to the IOM Four Wheel Drive Club from Aug 2019 to the present day to drive on Greenway roads/tracks on the IOM. Thank you."
