We write further to your request which was received on 8th November 2021 and which states:
"I would like to know the covid-19 vaccination status of all sports members, officials, coaches, team personnel and players that are coming to the island to play local teams/clubs/individuals in all sports from January 2021 to 08 November 2021?"
Our Response While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, Manx Care can neither confirm nor deny whether it holds the information requested as to do so is absolutely exempt under section 25(2)(a) of The Act, namely, it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject. However, for advice and assistance, you may wish to contact the Cabinet Office who may be able to provide the number of people who have visited the island and have been double vaccinated.
