We write further to your request which was received on 3rd November 2021 and which states:

"Pls provide me with the vaccination status of ALL Nobles employees and contractors working for or with Nobles and the IOM Medical services (Gp practices around the island) and Manx Care, regarding all vaccinations and specifically their covid-19 vaccinations. Thx" Our Response While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, Manx Care can neither confirm nor deny whether it holds the information requested as to do so is absolutely exempt under section 25(2)(a) of The Act, namely, it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject.
