I have attached a copy of the information that is held for questions 1, 2, 4 and 5.
Please see document supplied, FOI Request – Election Turnout 2021. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested for question 3. “3. What percentage of such overall turnout voted by post?” In accordance with Regulation 56 of the Elections (Keys) Regulations 2021, the returning officer must as soon as practicable and in any event within 7 days of declaring the result of the poll deliver to the Clerk of the Rolls: the rejected postal votes under paragraph 22 of Schedule 2; the rejected postal voting statements under paragraph 22 of Schedule 2; the rejected ballot paper envelopes under paragraph 22 of Schedule 2; the lists of spoilt and lost postal voter ballot papers under paragraph 22 of Schedule 2; valid postal voting statements under paragraph 22 of Schedule 2; and the list of rejected postal voter ballot papers under paragraph 19 of Schedule 2;

These documents were open to public inspection at such time and subject to such conditions as the Clerk of the Rolls decided. For clarity, the Cabinet Office did not hold this information, nor does the Cabinet Office currently hold it.
