We write further to your request which was received on 28 October 2021 and which states:

"Further to the Isle of Man Government announcement on 21 October 2021, can you confirm who the members of the National Covid Response Group (Council of Ministers sub-committee) are? How often will the Group meet? Will agendas and minutes be made publicly available?" The National Covid Response Group (“NCRG”) is a sub-committee of the Council of Ministers, which was established by such on 21 October 2021. The membership is comprised of the following: Chief Minister (Chair) Minister for Health & Social Care Treasury Minister Minister for Justice and Home Affairs Minister for Education, Sport and Culture The Chair of the Council of Ministers’ Emergency Advisory Group Officers routinely in attendance: Director of Public Health Chief Operating Officer, Cabinet Office Senior Covid Response Officer, Cabinet Office Chief Executive DHSC & Chair of Isle of Man Joint Public Health and Clinical Advisory Group Head of Government Communications, Cabinet Office Secretariat, Cabinet Office Additional attendees may be invited, from time to time, to provide advice or input. The NCRG Terms of Reference state that the group is to meet at least monthly, or convened more frequently if required, and are published here: https://www.gov.im/media/1374997/national-covid-response-group-terms-of- reference.pdf.

Currently, as a sub-committee of Council, the agenda and minutes are not routinely published, however the Cabinet Office is presently reviewing how it publishes information proactively.
