We write further to your request which was received on 22 October 2021 and which states: “Records of all gifts given by the Department for Enterprise in the 2017-18 financial year, 2018-19 financial year, 2019-20 financial year and 2020-21 financial year." We requested further clarification from you on 04 November; “In particular, it would be helpful to know what you mean by "gifts"; would this include corporate merchandise which would be freely distributed at trade events or should the request focus on specific gifts purchased for a specific recipient? “ You kindly responded on 04 November and confirmed; “Gifts purchased for specific recipients would be sufficient.”
