1) The number of parking tickets issued annually to each disc zone area in Douglas 2) The number of inspections made by traffic wardens in each disc zone area (especially out-of-town) and the percentage of time spent by wardens in each disc zone area, which should be divided (not entirely, but reasonably) equally. 3) The allocation of funds received from parking fines. 'Into the general pot' is not an acceptable answer.

We write further to your request which was received on 21 October 2021 and which states:

"1) The number of parking tickets issued annually to each disc zone area in Douglas 2) The number of inspections made by traffic wardens in each disc zone area (especially out-of-town) and the percentage of time spent by wardens in each disc zone area, which should be divided (not entirely, but reasonably) equally. 3) The allocation of funds received from parking fines. Our response to your request is as follows: 1. Ballabrooie Way, Douglas – 4 fixed penalty notices issued 01/11/2019 – 01/11/2021 Princes Street, Douglas – 169 fixed penalty notices issued 01/11/2019 – 01/11/2021 2. From 01/11/2019 – 01/11/2021 there were 4 visits recorded to Ballabrooie way, Douglas. Ballabrooie way is not on a regular patrol beat, so we do not hold additional data for this road. From 01/11/2019 – 01/11/2021 there were 93 visits recorded to Princes Street, Douglas. Princes Street is on beat 8 and is regularly patrolled 2 – 3 times per week. 3. Revenue generated by the income of fixed penalty notices is received by general registry into general government funds. Please quote the reference number 2048433 in any future communications.
