Notes: a) If you store information which is similar to this, but not specifically electricity/gas/vehicle fuel, in a manner that would enable you to respond more efficiently and require less time to produce, then please contact me to discuss. b) By "records" I mean as defined in the Freedom of Information Act c) For all other words, I mean the common English language meaning of those words.
