Dear DOI, I request the following information 1) Records of expenditure (excepting promotional activity) related to the Department's so-called Active Travel Plan. a) By "records of expenditure", I mean "records" as defined in the FOI Act, but limited to financial records such as invoices and receipts. b) By "promotional activity" I mean marketing. Marketing includes earned media marketing (promotion to media outlets where editorial control is not held by the Department), social media marketing (promotion to social media outlets where large numbers of entities can publish material, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and so on), paid media marketing (advertising on media channels such as digital, radio or newspaper, excluding social media) and owned media (such as Government-owned websites, Government-owned property through signage, and other Government-owned channels such as email and Government notices) c) By "Active Travel Plan" I mean the strategy outlined online here: https://www.tynwald.org.im/business/opqp/sittings/Tynwald%2020162018/2018-GD-0043.pdf 2) Records of promotional activity related to the Department's so-called Active Travel Plan. a) By "records", I mean "records" as defined in the FOI Act. The answer to your question is as follows: 1) Page 1 on the attached Appendix 1 is the invoice for the Active Travel Investment Plan. 2) Pages 2, 3 and 4 are the expenses associated with the promotion of the Active Travel Investment Plan 3) These records are not collated or held by Highways Services 4) The expenditure related to the Active Travel Investment Plan are as follows: 2020/2021 - £720,554.51 2021/2022 - £804,184.20 (to date) Please quote reference number 2040073 in all further correspondence.
