Could you please supply me a copy of the agreement made with the Queens Pier Restoration Trust regarding the fenced off area/car park fronting the Pier entrance. How wide is the access walkway leading to the beach running along side Beach House and the Harris Fenced area erected by QPRT meant to be. We write further to your request which was received on 15 October 2021 and which states:

"Could you please supply me a copy of the agreement made with the Queens Pier Restoration Trust regarding the fenced off area/car park fronting the Pier entrance. How wide is the access walkway leading to the beach running along side Beach House and the Harris Fenced area erected by QPRT meant to be. Could you please supply me with a plan or picture of the area you have allocated to them. Thank you."

Our response to your request is as follows: Please see attached Appendix 1 which contains the agreement made between the Department of Infrastructure and the Queens Pier Restoration Trust. Clause 3.10 of the Lease, and also Schedule 2 – Ancillary Rights clause 2.1 and 2.2, outline that they may use an area for access with vehicles and their equipment. The document also contains a plan of the extent of the agreement area.
