The Department of Infrastructure does not hold an already compiled table/spreadsheet of the information requested. Under section 11(3) practical refusal reason (b) of the Act referencing s8(3), it states that ‘a public authority is not required to create or derive information from the information that it holds; undertake research into, or analysis of, information that it holds; or undertake substantial compilation or collation of information that it holds’.

However, in order to advise and assist we have attached the table in Appendix 1, which is an extract from a draft Designation Order currently being created that may be helpful.
