Please can you confirm the following: 1. How many serving police officers on the IOM were Charged with criminal offences during each of the years 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019 and 2020 (this to mean charged with any offences which occurred whilst the officers were enrolled police officers whether on duty or off-duty)? 2. How many serving police officers received Cautions for any criminal offences during each of the above 5 years ( this to mean Cautioned for any offences which occurred whilst the officers were enrolled police officers whether on duty or off-duty)? 3. For each of the above years, how many police officers resigned from the IOM Constabulary after Charge or Caution but before conviction in Court? 4. How many police officers were convicted of offences for each of the above years (this to mean convicted of offences which occurred whilst the officers had been enrolled police officers whether on duty or off-duty and whether or not the officers resigned from the Constabulary prior to conviction)? 5. How many police officers were subject to internal disciplinary proceedings in each of the above years? 6. How many police officers were suspended from the IOM Constabulary in each of the above years?
