Continuing from Q1 above, please also provide the total hospital admissions as a monthly figure for any reason, for March 2019 to December 2019, and Jan2020 - Feb 2020. 3. The annexes to FOI request 1950073 Q1 are missing online, please post them online for midazolam and morphine, annex a and b. 4. Is Ivermectin being used at Nobles hospital or anywhere as part of a trial or treatment? If so, please provide the results of that trial and details. 5. What was the covid treatment protocol for covid care at Nobles Hospital? Is remdesivir used as part of the treatment? Has the protocol changed since the beginning of covid? This question was asked in FOI request as Q2 1950073, however the link given did not provide the information, neither did 111 and it does not seem to be readily visible anywhere, or reasonably accessible. Continuing from Q1 above, please also provide the total hospital admissions as a monthly figure for any reason, for March 2019 to December 2019, and Jan2020 - Feb 2020. Please see Appendix 1 3. The annexes to FOI request 1950073 Q1 are missing online, please post them online for midazolam and morphine, annex a and b. Our apologies for the error, these are now available.

4. Is Ivermectin being used at Nobles hospital or anywhere as part of a trial or treatment? If so, please provide the results of that trial and details. No, we do not use Ivermectin for covid 5. What was the covid treatment protocol for covid care at Nobles Hospital? Is remdesivir used as part of the treatment? Has the protocol changed since the beginning of covid? Thank you a) Treatment for Covid 19 infection: For hospitalised patients with moderate to severe Covid defined by a requirement for oxygen supplementation when oxygen saturation is less than 92% as measured by a pulse Oximeter: i) Intravenous or oral Dexamethasone for 7-10 days ii) IV Remdesivir for 5 days iii) Low Molecular weight heparin (clexane) subcutaneous injections dependent on weight iv) IV Tocilizumab – severely ill patients with C-reactive protein (CRP) of 75 or over The protocol for each of these treatments was agreed by the Clinical Advisory Group and circulated to the Medical team.
b) The treatment protocol has changed since the first outbreak on the Isle of Man. The treatment options outlined in (a) were defined after a period of global research, in particular the RECOVERY trial, and only became available when consensus was achieved in late 2020 6. As stated on 1863957, the PCR threshold remains at cycle 40. Has that changed since June 2021? No, this remains unchanged at 40. Please quote the reference number 2030381 in any future communications.
