We write further to your request which was received on 28 September 2021 and which states:

"Please provide me with the Equality Impact Assessment for the Ramsey Quayside flood defence and carriageway regeneration scheme" The Equality Impact Assessment is currently in draft form, and due to be completed during the detailed design stage. The detailed design stage will commence in the coming months and the Equality Impact Assessment will be complete by December 2021. Please note this is subject to the planning permission outcome for the scheme. You are of course still able to submit a new Freedom of Information request in December 2021, when the Equality Impact Assessment is likely to be completed.
