Original Request
Please could you provide details of all applications made to open a new pharmacy or relocate an existing pharmacy, regardless of whether that application was succesful or not, on the island in the last three years? If possible can I have the full application and decision? Similar information in England and Wales is publicly available and would save government time and public expense dealing with similar or duplicated applications. Many thanks.
