Original Request

I would like to have details of the tender process and the final contract agreement in place for Vehicle Recovery services contracted by the Isle of Man Constabulary. Including what requirements there were to submit a tender and what considerations there were given to meeting these. I wish to see the scale of charges and terms of engagement which have been agreed and any information pertaining to the transfer of liability of costs to other parties (Insurers/vehicle owners). I would also like to see details of how the process of invoicing is handled between the Contract holder and the IOM Constabulary, including the cost to the Constabulary of dealing with this and the associated VAT reclaiming processes.
