We write further to your request which was received on 17 September 2021 and which states:
"Request under the Freedom of Information Act I am seeking information in relation to the "Sex Offenders' Register" created by Criminal Justice Act 2001 namely: 1. As of 17 September 2021, how many individuals are on the Island's "Sex Offenders' Register" (the numerical total broken down by gender)?"
Our response to your request is as follows: I have detailed below the information that
is being released to you.
Results
As of the date requested, there are 43 offenders on the IOM sex offenders register
living on the Island. All of the RSOs are male.
This information are published annual in the Chief Constables Annual report.
