Civil Servants are required to adhere to the Civil Service Regulations, Civil Service Code, the Government Code and Financial Regulations. They must also be mindful in respect of the Council of Ministers’ guidance relating to Conflicts of Interest, including perceived conflict of interest. All of which are documents available in the public domain. Under section 20 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you, whether free of charge or on payment of a fee. The Cabinet Office does not hold details of Tynwald Members’ interest. This is published online by the Clerk of Tynwald’s Office and can be found on the Tynwald website. As the House of Keys is dissolved at present, there are currently no MHKs, therefore only MLC’s interests can be viewed at present.
