"Hi, 1. The information is available publically within the details of applications which can be viewed online at www.gov.im/viewapplications Further information Applications made since 2003, where they have been digitally scanned, are available online and applications made between 1984 and 2003 are held on microfiche and are available for viewing at the Planning and Building Control office, Murray House, Douglas. Applications made earlier than 1984 will have been transferred to the Public Records Office. To assist you in your own searches I have enclosed a list of applications that include the word “telecommunication” in the proposal reference (the suffix for which is ‘TEL’).
