We write further to your request which was received on 22nd July 2021 and which states:
"Q1 Pls provide the number of people vaccinated in the sar cov 2 trial using the 3 separate drugs Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna on the isle of man with placebos? Q2 Is the vaccination program a single blind, double blind or triple blind test? Q3 How is the vaccination procedure being introduced to the public of the isle of man? I explain; is the vaccination program an existing drug vaccination that has been used before? Or, Is it a trial vaccination program that has never been used on humans before?"
Our Response Q1 Pls provide the number of people vaccinated in the sar cov 2 trial using the 3 separate drugs Pfizer, AstraZeneca and Moderna on the isle of man with placebos? While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Care is unable to provide the information that you have requested. This is in line with Section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance Manx Care is unable to provide the information that you have requested. This is in line with Section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested. The vaccination programme is not a clinical trial.
