Please can the following be provided in respect of the works currently being undertaken on Main Road, Kirk Michael: 1. Copies of any documentation in respect of how these works were deemed as not requiring planning consent. 2. What is DOI policy in respect of deciding which works do or do not require planning consent in conservation areas. 3. Confirmation of responsible persons for making decisions such as this. 4. Were the planning department consulted before any works took place as part of this scheme or works in conservation areas in general. 5. Confirmation of the date the plans for these works were signed off and by who. 6. Confirmation of companies who submitted tenders to carry out the works and how the successful tender was chosen. Details of the financial element of the tenders are not required. 7. Copies of any minutes held between the DOI and interested parties and local authority 8. Evidence of why planning consent was not deemed necessary, quoting the 2012 permitted development order is not an acceptable response. 9. Redacted copies of any consultation with residents and businesses in the vicinity of the works. 10. Confirmation that CEO Nick Black and Director of Highways Jeffry Robinson are both still employed by the DOI. 11 What changes have been made to the published plans since the works started, who approved these changes and why were they necessary. 12.
