We write further to your request which was received on 30th June 2021 and which states: Planning application 20/01215/B “Please supply copies of officers notebook; phone notes; and diary entries showing any meetings or notes of such meetings or photographs taken, and any additional material that may be relevant in respect of the above application Ballavarvane, St Marks"

There are three additional photographs that have not been uploaded to the planning website, which are enclosed. The public authority does not hold any other additional material relevant to the planning application 20/01215/B. All information relevant to the application is available on the government planning website at https://services.gov.im/planningapplication/services/planning/search.iom As this information is already accessible to you it is absolutely exempt from release here under section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act.
