Planning application 18/00240/B "Please supply copies of officers notebook; phone notes; and diary entries showing any meetings or notes of such meetings or photographs taken, and any additional material that may be relevant in respect of the above application Ballavarvane, St Marks" While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold any additional material relevant to the planning application 18/00240/B. All information relevant to the application is available on the government planning website at https://services.gov.im/planningapplication/services/planning/search.iom As this information is already accessible to you it is absolutely exempt from release here under section 20 of the Freedom of Information Act.
