We write further to your request which was received on 30 June 2021 and which states (sic):

"Please supply copies of officers notebook; phone notes; and diary entries showing any meetings or notes of such meetings or photographs taken, and any additional material that may be relevant in respect of the above application Ballavarvane , St Marks" The answer to your question is as follows: The officer(s) involved in planning application 18/00240/B are no longer part of our Department, and hence their government accounts have been deleted in line with our standard procedures. Any personal notes, diary entries, photographs and other such documentation that have not been uploaded to the planning portal page for this application are therefore not available. Please quote the reference number 1881953 in any future communications.
