We write further to your request which was received on 23 June 2021 and which states:

"What means of wildlife control have been used at schools or other DOESC premises since 2016? What are the numbers of birds or animals killed each year, and what species were they? Our response to your request is as follows: Wildlife control Excluding pest control the only Department of Education, Sport and Culture premise to put wildlife control in place has been St Ninian’s High School. In March 2018 a one year contract was in place in relation to seagulls at the schools lower site.
