Response Question 1 Inspections of the business were carried out on the 14th May 2021 and the 19th May 2021. Question 2 The investigation has been concluded and the Department can confirm that the recent adverse media attention you mention does not reflect the current conditions. Further information The forthcoming Food Hygiene Rating Scheme will enable all consumers to have access to up to date information regarding the hygiene standards of food establishments on the Island. It is hoped that these regulations will be passed at the June sitting of Tynwald. Please quote the reference number 1799505 in any future communications.
