It was stated on a press article in the Manx Independent written by Paul Hardman that Mr Stewart Clague of Ballannette Trust had carried out work on the land where they/he is creating a natural trail on in Laxey/Lower Agneash area had gone ahead in consultation with DEFA (and UNESCO Biosphere Isle of Man - not relevant to this request). My request is to know what exactly was the nature of the consultation or assistance that DEFA had given Mr Clague/Ballanette Trust?
