We write further to your request which was received on 17 May 2021 and which states (sic):

"Dear Sirs, Could you please provide the following if they are available. 1/ Environmental impact assessment of the redevelopment works. 2/ Details of measures taken or consideration either in construction methods or materials used to reduce the environmental impact both pre and post contract. 3/ Carbon footprint assessment of the redevelopment project."

1. An environmental impact assessment for the redevelopment works was not undertaken. 2. There is no information available regarding the consideration of measures taken in the construction methods or materials used to reduce the environmental impact. 3. A carbon footprint assessment has not been calculated for this project.
