We write further to your request which was received on 11 May 2021 and which states:

"Eastern Area Plan Process; Prior to the Inquiry a CO decision was taken not to provide a Site Development Brief for site DH011 in the control of Dandara. - Please provide the documentary confirmation of- a) what date was the decision taken: b) who was present when the decision was taken: c) How was the decision recorded: e) why was the decision not published as part of the inquiry process? f) why was the decision not conveyed to the inspector?"

Our response to your request is as follows:

"Eastern Area Plan Process; Prior to the Inquiry a CO decision was taken not to provide a Site Development Brief for site DH011 in the control of Dandara. - Please provide the documentary confirmation of- a) what date was the decision taken: In August 2019, and this is explained in the Draft Area Plan for the East, Development Briefs Paper, (PIP 6). Please see text and table under Section 5 which is available online here: https://www.gov.im/media/1366605/development-briefs.pdf b) who was present when the decision was taken: The Department agreed to the publication of the Development Brief Paper in August 2019. c) How was the decision recorded: There is e-mail evidence of agreement to release the Paper. e) why was the decision not published as part of the inquiry process? The decision was published as part of the Inquiry process. f) why was the decision not conveyed to the inspector?" A copy of the Paper was provided to the Inspector.
