We write further to your request which was received on 6 May 2021 and which states:

"How many saliva, urine and blood cortisol tests were processed per month in the most recent 5 years, ideally with total tests and total unique patients but just total tests with clarification such as beyond reporting system functionality, to include any and all information on cortisol testing policy development and strategy in relation to GP and hospital, public and private patients?" Please see attached number of cortisol and urine cortisol tests carried out from 2015 to 2020. In relation to the Cortisol Testing Policy Development and Strategy in relation to HP and Hospital, Public and Private Patients, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find some of the information that you have requested this is because we do not hold a local Policy, however, Manx Care follows advice from the United Kingdom. Please quote the reference number 1781886 in any future communications.
