Dear Freedom of Information Officer Please can you give the following information 1a. The number of deaths within 28 days of anyone who has received the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID-19. 1b. A breakdown of the age cohorts of anyone who has died in question 1a. 2a. The number of deaths within 28 days of anyone who has received the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. 2b. A breakdown of the age cohorts of anyone who has died in question 2a. We write further to your request which was received on 9 April 2021 and which states:

Please can you give the following information 1a. The number of deaths within 28 days of anyone who has received the Pfizer- BioNTech COVID-19. 1b. A breakdown of the age cohorts of anyone who has died in question 1a. 2a. The number of deaths within 28 days of anyone who has received the Oxford- AstraZeneca COVID-19 vaccine. 2b. A breakdown of the age cohorts of anyone who has died in question 2a. Please can you give the information for these questions from the commencement of the Covid 19 government vaccine programs on the Isle of Man up todays date 09/01/2021. You kindly provided a correction to the following ‘up to today’s date’ to read 09/04/2021. In response to all of your questions, whilst our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Department of Health and Social Care ('the Department') is unable to provide the information that you have requested. This is in line with Section 11(3)a of the Act, as a practical refusal reason applies; namely we do not hold or cannot, after taking reasonable steps to do so, find the information that you have requested as it may be held by Manx Care. You may wish to re-submit your request to Manx Care which is an option available on the Freedom of Information request portal, who may be able to help you
