Original Request
I'm looking for information for guidelines for examiners testing of vehicles. there is a small bit off information on IOM government webpages but this does not add up to the hit and miss off the the vehicle test center so by them there is a book on what they check so if is the case every garage should have one of them books so they have guide lines to work to. I'm looking for that book. Also who regulates the testers there has to be a independent regulator appointed for training and keeping them up to scratch with vehicle changes
