Dear ###

We write further to your request which was received on 19 March 2021 and which states:

"I would like to know how many of the reported 26 patients in Nobles Hospital of today's date 19/3/21, a) Have had positive tests for COV-19 b) Have had 1st doses of the COV-19 Vaccine c) Have had 2nd doses of the COV-19 Vaccine" Our response: While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide some of the information you have requested because it is absolutely exempt under Section 25 (2)(a) of the Act (absolutely exempt personal information). The reason why that exemption applies is that information is absolutely exempt information if it constitutes personal data of which the applicant is not the data subject. To provide advice and assistance, COVID-19 tests and vaccines are patient specific and as such the information is entered onto individual patient’s GP record.
