We write further to your request which was received on 5 March 2021 and which states:

"1 - Please provide the minutes of all meetings between the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and Public Health, since it was announced on Thursday 18 February that an Island-based crew member had tested positive for Covid-19, to discuss the requirements for Steam Packet Isle of Man based crew to isolate between shifts and when off-duty. 2 - Please provide a copy of the Isle of Man Government Direction Notice issued to the Isle of Man Steam Packet Compnay at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic last year"

Our response to your request is as follows: "1 - Please provide the minutes of all meetings between the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and Public Health, since it was announced on Thursday 18 February that an Island-based crew member had tested positive for Covid-19, to discuss the requirements for Steam Packet Isle of Man based crew to isolate between shifts and when off-duty. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested. Since it was announced on 18 February 2021 there have been no meetings from 18 February 2021 to 5 March 2021 (up to the time of your request) between the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company and the Director of Public Health. 2 - Please provide a copy of the Isle of Man Government Direction Notice issued to the Isle of Man Steam Packet Compnay at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic last year" In March 2020 the Isle of Man Steam Packet Company was issued with an Exemption Certificate for all crew members under the Emergency Powers (Coronavirus) (Entry Restriction) (Amendment) Regulations 2020, which were in effect at that time. I have attached a copy of the information that is being released to you.
