A copy of the signed minutes of the Appeal Hearing meeting held at Government Office on Thursday 20 August 2020 at 2pm (or thereabouts); 3. A transcript of the dialogue of the Appeal Hearing meeting held at Government Office on Thursday 20 August 2020 at 2pm (or thereabouts); and 4. A copy of the ZOOM meeting recording as the meeting was held via video conference (owning to the Coronavirus Pandemic).

We write further to your request which was received on 16 February 2021 and which states:

"1. A Full copy of Mr Michael Hurley's notes including questions posed to each of the parties present and the participants' responses thereto in relation to the Appeal Hearing meeting held at Government Office on Thursday 20 August 2020 at 2pm (or thereabouts); 2. While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested. We do not hold independent planning inspector Mr Michael Hurley’s notes. No minutes are taken at appeal hearings. There is no transcript of the dialogue of the Appeal Hearing meeting. We do not take recordings of meetings held virtually, over Microsoft Teams.
