We write further to your request which was received on 26 January 2021 and which states:
"How many exemptions have been granted for work to be carried out on private premises/homes since the start of the circuit breaker lockdown. What were the applicable reasons for a person and/or company to be able to work in a private premises/home during the circuit breaker lockdown? Who granted these exemptions? What was the reason for each of these exemptions being granted? How many of these exemptions were granted for work on premises/homes that are owned by a government minister?"
While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the Cabinet Office does not hold the information that you have requested.
The information is not held as we can confirm that since the circuit breaker lockdown commenced on 7 January 2021 that there have been no exemptions issued by the Cabinet Office for work to be carried out at private premises or homes.
