"The request concerns the period from 13 February 2020 to date. Could you please provide the following information on a month by month basis: 1. Average number of prisoners; 2. Number of governor adjudications; 3. Number of governor adjudications referred to the Independent Adjudicator; 4. Number of cases before the IA in that period for which legal aid has been granted pursuant to the Legal Aid Act 1986; 5. Number of applications by prisoners for transfers to England; 6. Number of applications that have not been completed for reasons related to the Covid-19 pandemic."
