In 2006 there was a select committee report, your reference 33/06, which suggested changes to the way in which the Independent Review Body operate "The National Health Service (Independent Review Body) Regulations 2004 and the National Health Service (Complaints) Regulations 2004  should be redrafted to reflect the above recommendations 1, 2, 3 and 4 and the issues raised in 6.8, 6.9 and 6.10 of the Report." These actions are showing as" implementated" in the Council of Ministers Tynwald Policy Decisions Report 2014. Please provide a copy of the amended regulations which incorporate the changes. If the amendments have not been amended or implementated, please advise why not and provide copies of correspondence surrounding same.

We write further to your request which was received on 7 January 2021 and which states:
