We write further to your request which was received on 14 December 2020 and which states:

"This letter is to support the request for information on whether or not public sector landlords currently PAT test movable electric devices/goods." The Department of Infrastructure, as a public sector landlord of residential properties, does PAT test in cases where white goods are supplied within properties. This is at present limited to 5 of its properties, which are semi-furnished as part of the tenancy agreement. The Department does not hold data to confirm the answer to the question in relation to other public sector landlords on the Island. You may wish to contact the several other public sector landlords on the Island to request this information from them directly. Please quote the reference number 1601249 in any future communications.
