We write further to your request which was received on the 14th December 2020 and states:

"How many complaints have been made about midwives conduct or attitude on the Jane Crookall Maternity Unit during 2020? This should refer to complaints made at any level and by any person."

Our response: There have been 3 complaints during 2020 (to 22/12/20) regarding the attitude of midwives. All of which were addressed with the individuals concerned at the time of the complaint.
