Our response to your request is as follows:
1 Did the staff member that left have to repay any costs associated with the MBA? If so, how much? The initiative at the time was that Isle of Man Government paid the MBA programme fees, providing that IOMPO employed the staff for the period of their study. Therefore there were no costs to repay by the staff member who left.
2 Is the staff member that is still employed by IOMPO at grade 9 or above? Yes
