Dear Sirs I write in regards the criminal investigation 97/3009/19. The investigation has been ongoing since 26/11/2019. In relation to the investigation i request confirmation has this live criminal investigation now been taken over by the United Kingdom. I request all emails , letters ect, that led to the decision to transfer the case to the United Kingdom and the date this occurred. I request the name of the Department in the United Kingdom that is now investigating the crime and the date they officially took over the case. In relation to the above i was advised by telephone @ 20.48 20/11/2020 that it was the Isle of Man Director of Prosecutions Chrissie Hunt that made the decision to transfer the case to the United Kingdom. Again i request confirmation this is correct as per the information i received from Sergeant Wendy Barker during this telephone conversation. I would also request the email address and physical address of the agencies in the United Kingdom that are now investigating this crime.
