We write further to your request which was received on the 2nd November 2020 and states:

Please can you confirm as at the end of October 2020: Question 1 How many tests for Covid-19 have been completed? Question 2 Could you also confirm how many of those relate to the same person being tested multiple times? Our response: Question 1 How many tests for Covid-19 have been completed? At midnight on the 31st October 2020 the Department of Health and Social Care had processed 16,253 COVID-19 tests. Question 2 Could you also confirm how many of those relate to the same person being tested multiple times? Of these 16,253 tests, 4,633 were duplicates leaving 11,620 unique individuals tests.
