We write further to your request which was received on 26 October 2020 and which states:
"Provide evidence in support of the purported designation or classification of the status of the U72 as a public highway."
While we are happy to provide all the documents we hold in relation to your request, the documents are too large to send via email or the FOI automated system. For that reason we have loaded them onto an encrypted, password protected USB memory stick. Would you please contact our Data Protection Officer on the number or email above, to arrange a convenient time for you to collect the USB stick from our offices at the Sea Terminal Building in Douglas.
