We write further to your request which was received on 9th October 2020 and which states:

"Please forward details of the monetary amounts and officer time which has been committed to the Glamping proposal at South Barrule plantation, including costs of external consultants and professional services. Please include details of budget sign off and correspondence."

I have detailed below the information that is being released to you. The total monetary amount for external costs is £19,457.10. There was no specific budget set for the project. Any additional cost for officer time has been managed within the existing Department budget. The recorded minutes for meetings when the item was discussed are enclosed. Please quote the reference number 1509265 in any future communications.
