While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public Authority does not hold the information that you have requested. This is because Certificates are issued by the Cabinet Office and not by the Department for Enterprise. However, you may wish to resubmit your request direct to the Cabinet Office, they may be able to assist you.
