"Please provide a copy of the retail strategy/ policy and documentation considered relating to the approval for the Crosby Co-Op and its potential effects on the Douglas and Peel retail sectors."

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance the public authority does not hold the information that you have requested.

Further information While there is no consideration to the approval for the Crosby ‘Co-op’ specifically, the appropriate assessment of the principle retail unit was fully undertaken in relation to the relevant policies, and is detailed in the officer’s report and within the independent inspectors’ various reports. All the information relating to assessment of this development is available to the public via the online service at https://services.gov.im/planningapplication/services/planning/search.iom with the planning application 15/00775/A. The relevant sections of the officer’s report are 3.5, 10.14, 10.16, 10.17 and 11.4. Please quote the reference number 1465773 in any future communications.
